Bunk Beds
Last weekend we added a bunk bed in the boys' bedroom and got rid of the baby crib. Braddax has done a great job adjusting to the "big boy" bed. Braxton loves having the top bunk.

Crazy dinner moments
While eating chicken and rice tonight Braxton stopped and said, "oh no! What is this? I can't eat this thing. It looks poisonous!" Mom said, "it's just a piece of cooked onion." Dad said, "actually, it's frog brains." Braxton squealed as Brock ate the frog brains.

Braddax - 18 months
Braddax is 18 months old now and he is a character! He earned the name "Mr. Where's the Party?" at daycare because he is constantly in motion and loves to be right in the middle of the noise, the fun, and the mess.
As a baby Brock started calling him Paco, which has evolved to "Paco the Destroyer" because Braddax can get into trouble in no time. He plays in the toilet (he can lift the lid and play in the water so we have to watch him closely), pulls off the wooden baseboards in our house, and when outside he chases dogs and cars. He is a whirlwind.
Favorite foods - Bananas, oranges, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, yogurt, cheese, animal crackers. He eats just about anything. He does not like noodles, cottage cheese, or ketchup.
Favorite things to do - He loves to play with balloons and beachballs. He also loves cuddling up with several baby blankets and having someone read to him (and he will ask for each book to be read several times).
Words he's saying these days - Daddy, Mama, hi, "Night-Night, Buh-Bye", more, "all done", car, ball, cat, dog. If he doesn't know the word for something, he will point to it and say "baby".
Braddax is awesome. He was a really uncomfortable baby with stomach/digestion issues - but those are in the past. He laughs a lot, is very social, he likes to climb, wrestle with his brother, play outside, and when he is sleepy he loves to lay on Brock's chest to cuddle.

Braxton Quote
Tonight Braxton turned to Brock and said, "Dad would you rather be killed by a Canadian or would you rather be killed by a real person?"
