1 Year Old - about Braxton
Our baby boy Braxton is 1 year old. Here are some details about him:
He is an “observer” and he loves to watch people. He loves music and singing.Favorite fruit: mandarin oranges. Favorite veggie: sweet potatoes.
He has two teeth. He loves to chase cats. He loves climbing stairs, chewing on stuff, and walking.

1 Year Old Birthday Party
Braxton's First Birthday was this week. Highlights of the party included Grandma Debbie coming to visit this weekend and eating apple-cinnamon mini-muffins with birthday candles. We also remembered the time we spent at the hospital ICU when Braxton was born by eating graham crackers and chocolate milk (which were free in unlimited supply while we were at the hospital...one of our rare happy hospital memories). Also--on his birthday we let Braxton eat pizza for the first time!

9 months old sporting spiked hair
We took several photos last week to capture the "9 month" mark and here are two of my favorites (Braxton also had professional photos taken while Dori was visiting and I am really excited to pick them up next week!)

Grassy Photo Shoot
This weekend we played outside in the yard and took a bunch of photos. Braxton loved playing on the grass. He never ate it but he loved pulling it out...our beloved little lawnmower!

6 month old Professional Photos
We had professional photos taken of Braxton last week to celebrate his new 6-month old status. He wasn't sure what to think about the photographer.
